Shweta Harve, the Founder of Magninsta™ LLC, is a strategic leader and has proven expertise in understanding the business, finance, and technologies integral to organizations. Shweta has led several independent management consulting assignments with major Fortune 500 companies and global organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, FedEx, Hilton, Siemens, AT&T, and Toyota North America, to name a few. She is known as an ingenious and creative problem solver. Shweta is a servant leader and relationship builder who excels at achieving business goals using a team-oriented, service-driven, emergent leadership, and solution-based approach. She has excellent research and analytical problem-solving abilities.  Shweta has a strong ability to motivate, lead, and empower teams to peak performance. She is known for applying a consultative approach while building high-trust relationships.

Shweta is the primary inventor of the Magnesive technology. The breakthrough in the technology of strategically using magnets as fastening solutions came in 2015 when she met Fermin, a creative man-of-all-work, and co-inventor of some of the Magninsta’s fastening solutions. Shweta is currently funding and overseeing all the design, operations, manufacturing, production, finance, and marketing needs of Magninsta™ and is looking to build a team of strong leaders passionate to make a difference in this space.
